This time i would tell you about my activity in the kitchen, our practice today was so different with our practices a few weeks ago, why? Because today we incharged by our senior of semester 4 b, and thet are so nice to us.

And this morning we started at 8 am, and like usual we got in the kitchen one by one while the tools was checked by our senior Riaa and ayyub they're nice people and we dont feel nervous like used to.

After that, we did one line and senior introduced their selves. A few minutes after that mr.Syahrial came in the kitchen to give breakfast food. A few hours later we devided into several group and then made bread, they are :
- soft roll
- hard roll
- twist bread
For my group we got soft roll

SOFT ROLL

Ingredients :

- Water              180 gr
- Yeast                3 gr
- Hard flour      315 gr
- Salt                    6 gr
- Sugar                31 gr
- Milk powder   15 gr
- Butter               15 g

After the first creation, we instructed to make Croissant and Danish, but for this time I'm so sorry to not capture the process of those products making.Well, that's all that I can share to you all guys. Maybe useful and see you later in my other story.
