Daily Activity 8

Good Evening

     Back again with yandy here, as usual i’ll tell u my story again HAHA. today i didn’t did practice with my friends, because me and 2 of my friends were given assignment to incharge in 1st semester. this time was my first time incharge in class 1A because usually i was in class 1B. okay i arrived around 06.15. why did i come earlier? because i wanted the 1st semester came earlier because usually we started oneline at 8.00 and i thought if we oneline at 8 we’ll start the practice at 9. so i told the to oneline at 07.10 and they started right at 8 but some of them still came late.

     08.00 half of them were already in kitchen even thought the other half came late. after all of them were in kitchen already we started the practice, but before that we pray first. for today they learned about french bread again. why french bread again? because the days before they still made a few mistakes in making french bread. for today started from review, but some of them that were reviewed by me, they still didn’t really understand

     Around 10.12 we started with the first group  there were 6 team and in the team there were 3 of them. for today we didn’t order too much because the 3 days before they’ve made french bread. 15 minutes, group 2 came in while group 1 proofing. 1st proofing, group 1 came in again and started 2nd proofing on seat pan and so did 2nd group. after all of them finished, we baked for around 30 minutes. and french bread for today was good from its shape, colour, and texture.
