Daily Activity 09

Good Evening

Tuesday. March 6th 2018 was the second day of practice week, today was really exhausted to me, why? Because from morning noon i didn't stop doing. Because this time my team trying to make the food technology project which is putu menangis with purple cassava flour, before i'll tell you about my activity from morning. I arrived 07:05 a.m. I emmediately took the key for kitchen in post security and then i opened the kitchen's door and turn the lights then i waited for the others while working my task.

08:05 a.m. We oneline and as usual supervisor checked our grooming and toolbag. Then we oneline in cold kitchen then we read aour small book because we'll be reviewed, but i didn't get chance to be reviewed because we're running out of time. After review, group 1 were allowed to worked on project, and for my team we started to test our project. In this product i added cassava flour. The ingredients were done and ready to steam.

But it was failed, because the ingredients didn't binding,even though i have steamed it for 30 minutes and it still didn't binding. So i decided to consult again to Mr. Wawan. Countinue the project later. And countinued to prepared the ingredients for tomorrow. For my team ( 7 ) we made yellow butter cake and french bread, for today i don't now why the producs we made was failed. So we made it again for the second time and finally we made it even though there were still few mistakes. Then, time for General Cleaning, after that we oneline and there were few information from Mr. Ical after that we went home.
