Good Evening
Wednesday, March 7th 2018, was the third day of practice week. This time group 1 was in charged for making product and the menu is rotation 1.1. Before i tell you more, 1'll tell about activity for morning till noon, for today came earlier then few days before, because for the next 2 days i'll be the leader. As usual i took the key for kitchen at the security pos and opened the door and put thrash bag after that i sat whilw waiting for the others and prepare myself before got into the kitchen.
08:10 a.m we oneline as usual supervisors checked our grooming and toolbag, than put our bag ang oneline in cold kitchen, after we were all in cold kitchen we pray and started doing our product for today, my team made french bread and yellow butter cake, but for french bread we made the new one because the one we've made yesterday failed, we made 6 french bread and 2 of them failed. And we prepare for plating the dessert like whipi cream, chocolate ganache, cherry, and roasted canary, maybe around 11:45 we were ready to strated palting.
Open resto started, maybe around 12:20 some of the menu were served and the others like dessert. While we were waiting until close resto we tred to self-entertaining so we didn't feel tires. closed resto and we took a break, we ate, and sholat. Maybe around 17:34 we oneline again and we were informed about what we did wrong for today, and as always if a mistake happened we'll " snack " or you could say punishment. After taht we di general cleaning, after all finished we oneline and there were few information from Mr. Jayadi and then we wenr home.
