Good Evening

Monday, april 2nd 2018, we've entered rotation menu II and it's more like Chinese food and Thailand before i'll  tell you more, first i'll tel you about my morning routine. i arrived at 07:10, when i arrived at kitchen no one was there so i look kitchne's key at the security pos an as usual  i opened the kitchen's door and turn on the lights. After that i set and had my breakfast while for others.

8:00 before entered the kitchen as usual grooming and toolbag checking by supervisor. This time grooming checking more strict than before, after everybody entered the kitchen we one line in cold kitchen and discuss about few menu for today, after that we were review about half and hours, and we were asked to explaine about few courses in rotation menu, 1. around 11 we group one wash in charge for prepare rotation menu II. 1, for my team we handle the tradisional egg drop soup. what we prepare were chicken stock and minced chicken.

maybe around 15:11 we took a break until 16:00 and we one line again and cold kitchen and there were few things were discuss, after that we general cleaning, for group 2 they helped senior in main kitchen, and group 1 in the cold kitchen and the butcher. And i wash in cold kitchen, aftre general cleaning we take a break while we were waiting for lecturer. Time for as to go home and there were few information from mr. Jayadi after that we pray and we back to home.
