08:00 as usual grooming and toolbag checkimg by supervisor, this time maybe grooming checkimg was way more strict than before because senior asked us to wear our grooming property. After that we oneline in cold kitchen and discussed about today's menu and there more a few announcs from Mr. Jayadi about the terminologi from rotation menu II.1 then we were allowed to complete the ingredients for today's menu. For to day we prepare 30 portion. For my team, we handle the soup and we've prepared the chicken stock and minced stock yesterday, so we just to the cooking process
Maybe around 14:00 open restaurant and everything happened as usual, around 15:00 resto was closed and we oneline again and Mr. Ical gave as homework to look for the terminologi of rotation menu II.1 and II. 2. After that we general cleaning and there were cold kitchen, main kitchen and kitchen library and i was in cold kitchen just like yesterday, after general cleaning there were few information from Mr. Ical then we pray and go home.
