Tuesday, april 17th, today we learned menu rotation II.4 which is Japanese food, but the group that in charged for this menu was group 2, and group 1 prepare for tomorrow, and we prepare for menu rotation II.1, but before we started Mr. Ical came in and showed us how to cut salmon. After Mr. Icahl finished, group 2 was allowed to continued their preparation and cooked, and for group 1 we started prepare and my team in charged for main course.
Nastassya and me prepare the ingredients such as broccoli and carrot for beef rice bowl and wahyu, he was in charged beef, after we finished pepare, my team were separated and helped group 2 who was still doing. I helped appatizer, okonomiyaki. Maybe around 14.00 open resto started, at first abuayer was`me but since i wanted to helped my friends i went back to cold kitchen. Maybe around 14.34 we started general cleaning but resto han't closed yet, the purpose we did general cleaning immediately so we could go home earlier.
Around 15.00 resto was closed and we started general cleaning in cold kitchen and butcher right away I cleaned the cold kitchen from table working to drainage. After finiched cleaning colod kitchen and butcher, we took a rest, while waiting for oneline we ate today's leftover but for me, i don't like Japanese food so i ate just a little. Around 17.03 we oneline and there were few information from ma'am Sury about the activity that we'll on next week widya wisata. After all finished, we pray and may go home.
