Good Eveening


     Today we made menu II.2 and that was handle by group 2, the menu for menu rotasi II.2 is Thailand food and or group 1, finished project. But before i tell you more, i'll tell you about my morning rotine. I arrived at campus maybe around 7.13 and this time i didn't take the key like usual cause there was someone else who came earlier than me. As usual before we onelin, i had my breaksfast while waiting for the others.
     08.05 we oneline and for today it realy different, why? cause today, our tools were checked like really detailed, after all checked we oneline in cold kitchen. After we pray and reviewed not long after that, Chef Aldino came and discussed about the menu for today and showing a little how to marinate chicken. After Chef Aldino finished supervisor continue to reviewed us. And after reviewed  we oneline according to our group and group 1 was allowed to continue project but my team mate and didn't do our project cause there weren't any inggredients, so we went to library to continue blog.
     A few minutes later, supervisor came in and give us tickets  for table manner. Arround 10.30 we went to restaurant and we waietd until open resto at 11.00 and we went in sat, and enjoyed aour food. After table manner we went back to kitchen  and oneline, a few minutes oneline my group was ordered to helped the group 2. Arround 14.00 resto was opened  for lunch ehere the food was made by semester 2. And i got the chance to be aboyer. When dessert served, we started General Cleaning right away. And i cleared butcher. Finished, i took a rest and few hours later we oneline and there were few imformation Mr. Ical after that we went home.
