Good Evening
Today, we back to menu rotasi II.1 and the menu was again handle by group 1. Before i tell you more, i'll tell you my morning routine that was full of huppiness. I arrived at campus araound 07.17 and i took kitchen's key at the security post, and opened the kitchen;s door and then i went to had may breakfast while waiting for the others. And i discussed a little about the menu for today, sharing with team 3 eho have made the main course before.
08.00 we oneline in cold kitchen without grooming ang toolbag checking like usual, after we pray we disscussed a little about the menu for today and tomorrow. After that we were reviewed by supervisor. Not long after that , Chef Aldino came in and asked about the prepare , and he alsoasked where was the meat for the beef rice bowl. Then Chef Aldino told us about how to marinate neat for Chinese food. The ingredients for marinate are :
- Sesame oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Egg
- Baking Powder
- Custard ( Maizena )
Then keep in the chiller for a few hours, while waiting for the meat, and then i blanch the vegetables like carrot and broccoli and for Nastassya my team mate, she made the sauce for the beef.
Maybe around 13.00 my team heated the oil to fry the meat , maybejust for a few minutes. Next, saute the garlic and the onions untul fragrant and then put in the vegetables and blackpepper sauce and the last, the meat while mixing. Maybe around 14.00 open the resto and as usual it went well, while i served the main course there were orders from appetize, soup, main course, and dessert. When dessert served we started General Cleaning, and then we ar rest and oneline and we went home
