Daily Activity 23

Good Evening

    Back again with Yandy here, Wednesday may 2^nd 2018. Just like the blog before, I’ll tell you about my activity in kitchen. Today, I arrived at 07.10 where kitchen has opened by 4^th semester, while waiting for the others, I had my breakfast, so I’ll be strong for the rest of the day. After finished my breakfast, I checked the yesterday’s preparation in cold kitchen.

     At 08.00 we oneline in cold kitchen without toolbag and grooming checking as usual. In cold kitchen we waited for chef dino. Not long after that chef dino came and checked the rotation menu for today, and since there was guest visiting so for this week resto was closed. So, we made food for ourselves. After all finished we took a break while waiting for general cleaning.

     At 15.15 we oneline before started general cleaning. Since we had cleaned the cold kitchen, so there were only few of us helping senior to clean the main kitchen, and the others who has helped cleaned the cold kitchen took a break, including myself. While waiting for general cleaning finished I did my blog for today. Maybe around 17.25 we oneline and there were few information from Mr. Jaya and then we went home.
