Daily Activity 03 ( Hotel Gammara )

Good Evening

     For today i arrived at the hotel at 08.00, bcs in banquet we don’t serve breakfast like in main kitchen, cold kitchen, and pastry. in banquet, as usual every morning we cooked rice in a really large portion, and i did it all by myself, usually im with my friend yusril, but since yusril was busy cutting ingredients, so i done it alone. from 08.00-11.23 all i did was cooked rice, while waiting for the rice i helped to prepare the ingredients. after that i helped to took ingredients came from market to chiller
    Around 12.13 yusril and i went to canteen to have lunch and sholat, and took a break for awhile, around 13.14 i went back to banquet and helped to prepare for tomorrow’s lunch. after that, i helped to grind some spices, which were red spice and shrimp paste for sauté. after saute i cleaned the banquet area from table working to wok which is so big.
   At 15.12 everyone was busy cooking dinner, i was ordered to marinade fish and pour with flour, and it was a lot of fish. again and again i worked it all by myself bcs yusril was busy cooking rice and fisal was busy helping chef. maybe around 16.14 im still working on that fish. after i finished the fish, i asked permission to sholat with yusril. after sholat, we went back and we may go home bcs it was already the time to go home.
