Back again with me yandy here, i apologize because i just have time to do my blog. because lately i didn’t feel really good. for this time i’ll tell you about my activity in campus on monday, september 3rd 2018. on monday i arrived at 07.23, as i arrived i took breakfast while waiting for my friends. 08.00 we oneline and as usual before we entered the kitchen, supervisor checked our toolbag and grooming. there were few of my tools that lost since this tools were from 1st semester and sometimes senior borrowed our tools and forgot to give it back.
After that we oneline in main kitchen. before we started we were ordered to general cleaning because at that time the floor was dirty. after general cleaning we oneline again and discussed about the menu that we’ll prepare, and at that time i was in a group with high spirit member. my group handled the appetizer, peco doang and jalangkote. jalangkote and peco doang are really common food in makassar. but usually peco doang was eaten with rice and jalangkote was usually eaten as snacks
After that we started prepare the ingredients and my team took the filling for jalangkote right away and cut it. after cutting, me and nastassya prepare the sambal for peco doang while fadhil and gabriel made the jalangkote filling. then, fadhil and gabriel made the jalangkote cover. after the cover was finished we fold the jalangkote and we were helped by other friends so we could finished sooner. after the jalangkote finished, we fried the jalangkote but until half-cooked. after that we took a break. then we did general cleaning. and last after finished general cleaning we went home.
