Today i’ll tell you about my mid practice together with my friends. i’m in group 1 and we practice on thursday, but before thursday, me and my friends came on wednesday to prepare the ingredients we needed. My group served oriental buffet. there were few dishes in oriental buffet so we divide our group into few section and i handled the main course, which were ingen no gama ae and yam makeua yo. the main ingredients of this dishes are green beans and eggplant.
My friends and i came on wednesday at 12.00 and we started prepare at 12.30. it didn’t take a lot of time for us to prepare because for oriental buffet the ingredients we needed weren’t too much, different from indonesia that took a lot of time to preparing and cooking. after finished prepare, we started general cleaning right away.
Thursday, september 27th 2018, we came at 7 and we checked the ingredients. yesterday, i forgot to prepared the shrimp for yam makeua yo so i went to freezer and thawing the shrimp. around 08.15 we oneline and discussed about the menu. after that we started doing, maybe around 10.15 all the food were ready and we waited until open resto. while we were waiting we cleaned the area. at 12.00 resto was opened and group 2 started prepare for their ingredients. after group 2 finished, we started general cleaning right away.
