Daily Activity 03

Good Evening

     Back again with yandy here, today i’ll tell you about my activity in campus especially in kitchen. Today my friends and i were ordered to arrived at kitchen on 06.00 and i left my house at 05.20 and i arrived around 05.54 but before i went to campus i picked up my friend. As we arrived, we oneline and we were supervised by fun supervisor, cause they calm, nice, and easy to talk to. They’re the best.

     In kitchen we pray first and then we discussed about the menu, and as the day before i’m in pastry section with the same menu as well, sachertorte. After discussing about the menu we went to our section. In pastry my friend and i prepare the ingredients and made another sachertorte because the one we made yesterday wouldn’t be enough and the one who made the sachertorte was Nata, while waiting for Nata, kak Aldy and i made the garnish. It was made from white chocolate and a give a little purple colour.

     12.00 we were ordered to do sholat first. After everyone were done sholat, resto was opened. For today we only served 5 sachertorte, 10 rice pudding, and 25 bubuh injin. The dessert were served one by one. Around 14.10 resto was closed and we prepared for general cleaning but before we general cleaning we online and discussed about our activity today. After that we had lunch before general cleaning and my friend and i in pastry team, did general cleaning in pastry area. After general cleaning we oneline and we went home.
