Hello back again with me yandy hehehehe. This time we entered the second practice week with different sensation from last week. For this week especially Monday and Tuesday we handled lunch box and morning coffee for job fair event. This event is annual event in our campus for people who’s looking for job and this event is for everyone. Btw, for Monday we handled lunch box and morning coffee which is started at 08.00 a.m. and lunch box started at 10.00 a.m.
We were divided into 3 groups. 1st group handled lunch box, 2nd group handled lunch box for 2nd day, and 3rd group handled morning coffee. We started prepare at 08.00 and we finished at 22.00. You guys must be wondering why it took so long? Haha, so, there were few products especially in pastry were failed so we had to re-do until it was perfect. Well, we’re still learning tho.
After a lot of drama on Sunday we continued to the next day which is more calm from yesterday because on Monday it’s not that complicated, only packed it into packaging. Butttt then there was a bit drama, the rice hasn’t cooked and it’s already 09.40, so the lunch box ready at 11.00. After group 1st finished their work. 2nd group started to prepare. While waiting for group 2, group 1 and group 3 checking on our sourdough. If you guys wondering what is sourdough keep reading my story hehehe. See you.
