Good evening, my friend is back with me, returning to the previous topic, we are still discussing the puff that is still not perfect. today I arrived at the campus around 07.19 faster than usual, because I will weigh the ingredients that will be used today for making the puff dough. After I weighed the ingredients I waited for the other friends to gather at the pastry. Today is the last day of practice week so it will make it better than yesterday.
Around 08.05 hours I had entered the pastry room to finish the materials to be used, it just so happened that my group finished preparing the material faster so we were faster than the other groups. Like yesterday's duties and responsibilities, after all the ingredients are mixed I immediately put it in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees with the first 15 minutes. Back again we made the contents of the puff ingredients and the same place as yesterday. after we put it in the freezer.
After all the ingredients are finished from the puff to the contents, we come back again to arrange them neatly and beautifully decorated and attractive, far from yesterday's decoration. After everything was arranged and decorated me and my friends went back into the lecturer room for reassessment, and our prayers only got good comments without any bad comments, and as a result we got very good comments from the lecturers and the food we took to eat at the room
