Good Evening
Today , february 22nd 2018, the last day of practice week fo table d'hote menu. The menu that served fo today was rotation menu I.3 and it was Indonesian food, okay before i tell you more, i'll tell you the beginning i arrived at campus. Actually i didn't want to come because i didn't feel enthusiast but i thought if didn't come i'll miss the lesson and i'll regret it just like 2 weeks ago when i didn't come on the las day of practice. As i arrived at campus i took the kitchen's key, i arrived at 07:01 a.m i opened the kitchen'c door and turn the lights.
8 am we one line and supervisors checked our grooming and toolbag one by one to get inti the kitchen, as my name called my grooming and toolbag were checked by supervisors and after that i stored my bag in locker and one line in the cold kitchen, after we pray we had a little discussion about the menu that has been prepared yesterday by group 1, a few minutes later our group was allowed to got out from the cold kitchen to continued our project, my group al ready has a few ideas.
For a few hours i was out side,i felt kinda bored becuase nothing to do. So i decided to got in to the kitchen and helped group 1. I helped them to prepared the appetizer. After finished with the appetizer, i helped to made the soup i helped them to garnish the soup. After i thought they were done and there was no more i can help i went out to took a rest, 11:45 am time for plating . And i helped main course plating. And the order from restaurant came. After we were done with restaurant we were allowed to took a break and ate and pray muslim, after that we general cleaning and went home.
