Good Evening
Monday, march 5th 2018, today was the third week of practice week, as usual before we started our activity, i came at 7:35 a.m, as i arrived i keep my bag and then took the key for kitchen in security and opened the kitchen's door, after that i sat while waiting the others,. 08:02 a.m. We oneline and as usual supervisors checked our grooming and toolbag pne by one. Then i got into the kitchen, put my bag in locker and onelinein cold kitchen. after we all were in cold kitchen we were separeted into group 1 and group 2.
From now on, i'll be in team 7 because i was switchedfrom team 4 to team 7, and automatically i'll be in group 1. So, for today i was group 1 who prepared for tomorrow's rotation menu and group 1 was allowed to discussed project in the back of the kitchen at 10:25 a.m. Then i started my discussed with my team before we got to Mr. Wawan for consultation. After awhile in kitchen's office, the product that we explained was accepted, and we were asked to strar our project tomorrow.
After consultation, i joined my friends, and we sharing about this project. Around 12:35 p.m. I went in to the cold kitchen to took a look the preparation for tomorrow, and i help team 4 because one of their team member was sick, i helped them to move the dough into the mould. After all the preparation finished around 2:26 p.m. Wee took a break, and 4:15 p.m. We oneline again and reviewed by supervisor. After that we did general cleaning. Then we oneline again and there were a little announcement from Mr. Jayadi then we went home.
