Good Evening
Thursday 8th march 2018, today was the last day of practice week, as usual my activity started in th morning where i came at 07:10, i went to security post to took the kitchen's key and opened it, when i arrived evidently there was someone who come earlier than me, and she was Yuni. She always come earlier than all of us, i geeted her with my very big smile. Then i opened the kitchen, turned on the lights, and opened the window. After that i sat with Yuni while waiting for the others.
08:10 we oneline, supervisors checked our grooming and toolbag, after my name was called and supervisors have checked it all, i went in to kitchen and put my bag in lockerand oneline in cold kitchen. Than we all pray and discussed about what to do for today , the menu for today are :

The group that prepared the today's menu was group 2, and we who are in group 1 countinued our project. Maybe around 9:25 we started, and at 10:05 my team started to test our project again wich is putu menangis. I changed the igredients to made the putu menangis with glutinois flour, i tried to steamed it, while we were waiting until cooked i and my team mate Nata pray, we hope that it won't fail again. And finally the putu menangis we done, we made it. We immediately plating it and took it to Mr. Wawan so he'd assess and give us advice about the product.
Open resto started at 13:00 group 2 were getting busy to plating the food from appetizer, soup, main course, until dessert and for today we served 30 portion. Half from group 1 joined table manner, including my team Nata. 1 hours later open resto finished and we oneline again in cold kitchen and we took a break. After break we oneline again and supervisors discussed a little about the product for today, after few minutes explained it to us we immediately started general cleaning, got to cleaned the cold kitchen. After everything finished we oneline and there were few things Mr.Ical announcement to us and we went home.
