Good Evening
Today wednesday 4th April 2018 when this practical the menu rotasi II maybe this menu more to chinese food and thailand food. Before i telling you my story i want telling you about my morning. I arrived in campus at 07.25 am, after in the kitchen my friend has arrived first and my senior turn took the kitchen key. After i arrived in kitchen i breakfast while waiting my friend come to kitchen.
At 08.00 am my senior checked our grooming and toolbag. After that we oneline in cold kitchen and chef Syahrial say about the menu for today then group practical has been doing. For today we prepare the dish as much 30th portion and second group has been go out for working our project. While waiting my group on kitchen i search packaging for my product.

Maybe at 14.00 am the restaurant open and every dish out in restaurant on alternatly and around at 15.05 am the restaurant close. Then we oneline and for second group has been prepare, but today for division group a little different be we must hompimpa and my group get main course that is konro bakar, acar and nasi putih. After we finish to prepare we onelina again and there is a little information From senior then we general cleaning untill finish. And we oneline and pray before go home.
