Back again with Yandy here, may 1st 2018, we all knew that today was labor day, suprisingly we still have to come to helped the 4th semester who had to prepare food for guest from Tourism Ministry. But before i tell you more, as usual i'ii tell you about may morning routine. For today we were ordered to come at 10.00 to prepare the sushi and we were handle by Chef Aldino.
As u can see at the picture above are the sushi that were made by my friends and i, the sushi were full on the table.
Around 11.12 2nd semester did general cleaning, right away in cold kitchen. After general cleaning few of us helped the 4th semester, like cut the carrot and potaotes for the soup, and cut the carrot for jalangkote, the famous snack from Makassar. But the jalangkote that 4th semester made was a bit different, the original jalangkote is quiet big maybe 2/3 bites, but the jalangkote that 4th semester made was small, just 1 bites.
Around 12.30 we took a break and there were still few of us helped the 4th semester while waiting fo general cleaning. And there were few of my friends chose to had lunch and there were just stay around the kitchen. At 15.00 we didn't star general cleaning yet. Around 16.15 we started general cleaning. I was in pastry and bakery with 3 of my friends. After all finished we oneline and there were few information from Mr. Ical after that we went home.
