Daily Activity 25


Good Evening


Okay back again to making blog routine as usual on practice week. This is the last practice week in my 2nd term and after that I’ll be on my 3rd term, yeyyyyy. Okay, before I tell you more, I’ll tell you about my morning activity. I arrived at 07.30, well it’s kinda late than usual but there were more of my friends who came passed that time. Arrived at the kitchen, while waiting for the others I was joking with my friends.

At 08.00 we oneline and as usual supervisors checked our grooming and toolbag. After that, we went in to cold kitchen, we pray, and after that we discussed about the menu that will be served at the restaurant tomorrow, but before we prepare we were reviewed one by one. Well, review is a must activity between senior and junior in kitchen. I don’t know with the other major. After review we were separated in a few team. For today, group 2 prepare and for today we made menu rotasi Indonesia.

For group 1 we just helped group 2 to finished the preparation. My team helped team 4&6 to made konro bakar, because my team has made konro bakar before. We started prepare, few of us cut the beef, made the acar, bumbu kacang, and I made the spice paste for konro bakar. After all finished the beef was cooked for a few hours. Until all done, we started general cleaning with senior. After all finished we oneline and we went home.
