Okay back again with yandy here, as always i’ll tell u about my activity in kitchen. today was the last day on practice week after mid test, for today there were only few people who came at 6, there were just 2 people, fadhil and dina if i wasn’t wrong. and the others came just like usual, at 8. around 07.28 i arrived at campus with intan. as we arrived we had breakfast first so i can face the day. just like days before we oneline in main kitchen and discussed about the menu for today.
But before we in pastry section start we had to do general cleaning first because pastry and bakery were very dirty and it wasn’t us who used it, it was 5th semester. we’ve done general cleaning in pastry yesterday and in bakery there were 5th semester because when we were general cleaning they still used the bakery. in morning the bakery’s floor was really dirty, and they didn’t take the utensil back in its place and they didn’t throw their garbage so we had to cleaned it for them. after we finished then we started.
For today i was the one who made the sachertorte, just one because yesterday nata has made one too. for today in pastry we were supervised by opi, she’s the queen in pastry in 5b class hahahahahaha. after i’ve finished making the dough i baked it right away. while waiting i helped sally to make ganache and glaze. a few minutes later the sacher was done. after we finished plating, etc the resto was opened and there were few problems from resto but the operational in kitchen was good.
