Daily Activity 09

Good Evening

     Back again with yandy here, in last practice week this time we’re back again in ala carte I. but before i tell u about my story in kitchen, i arrived at 07.12. as i arrived door was already opened, usually im the one who opened the door, but for today the leader came early and actually she live in dorm in campus so that was why she came so fast. arrived in kitchen i went to locker and took my utensil and then i waited for my friends. while waiting, i read about ala carte I.

     Around 08.00 we oneline and were absent as usual, and we oneline in main kitchen and discussed about the menu for today and divided section just like usual. for today my team handled soup and main course and after we discussed about the menu we started doing right away. before my team started, i divided the menu with my team so we won’t be confused. and i handled the vegetables.

      We started preparing the ingredients, at 09.22 we’re all busy with our own menu and i was busy with vegetables that i prepared. after i finished preparing the ingredients that i’ll need i helped my friends. around 12.12 we went sholat first, after that we re-checked our preparation and after that we started general cleaning.
