Daily Activity ( Final Test )

Good Evening

     Back again with yandy here, this time i’ve entered the last week in kitchen and today im doing my final test for practice. this final test really different from the final test before because this time every group have to come from monday to thursday, but the one who’s responsible for the kitchen operational is the group who’s on their final test that day. for example today my group took responsible on kitchen operational because today was my final test’s day while the other groups just helping.

     And for today and yesterday i worked together with group 4 where we handled the same menu so, together we prepared the ingredients. we prepared the ingredients the day before, on sunday around 10.00 we divided the menu on our own. for this time i handled the dessert, sachertorte. i made 2 loaves. on sunday i just made the dough, and today i only baked and plating,etc. for today there were only 5 sachertorte that were served. and all the food must be ready at 11.00. after that, my group went to office and explained about our menu since we were the one who was having final test.

     Before resto was opened, we went to sholat first. around 13.00 resto was opened and for today the operational went well. and the food were served one by one until 14.00 resto was closed and we started general cleaning right away, and we have to finished general cleaning at 15.00, if not we’d failed this test and luckily we finished at 15.00.
